I work with global nonprofits, social impact organisations, and mission-driven collectives to build cultures where healthy challenge becomes possible - where robust conversations feel productive and generative.
I bring 25+ years in the humanitarian and social impact sector - as a leader, coach, facilitator, and (when necessary) productive disrupter. I've navigated the sticky dynamics you're in: Holding space for complexity, managing across cultures and power differentials, creating conditions for truth-telling when stakes are high.
This is deeper level, systemic change: A long-term journey, lived experience from the sector, real examples from my global network, and enough presence for new patterns to actually take root.
