FACILITATION
Facilitation is the art of stimulating deeper understanding, fresh thinking and behavioural transformation.
My style of facilitation draws on a mix of coaching methods (e.g. GROW) and Liberating Structures to open
up more dynamic explorations. My core strengths include futurism, strategic thinking, ideation and connectedness (including seeing alignments and reading the room).

Last year, my fellow consultant Tosca Bruno-van Vijfeijken and I were commissioned by the International Civil Society Centre (ICS Centre) to undertake a small benchmarking study of 17 international civil society organizations (ICSOs). Following four years of running Power Shifts Labs, the ICS Centre set out to explore what shifts are currently underway within these organisations, as well as their challenges and next frontier ambitions.

Throughout this remote working era, I've worked with amazing groups, teams and senior management. I design, shape and deliver sessions to your needs from team building, collaboration and creative thinking design workshops to larger online events and learning 'festivals'.

Not sure exactly what it is you need yet? You'd be surprised how many other people and organisations are in the same boat these days. One of my greatest assets is the energy I bring to the table. Sometimes you might find that powerful, constructive conversations is exactly what you need to move forward and get unstuck.
CREATIVE DIRECTION
LET’S MAKE IT POP. Just one of the expressions I live by because I want your projects and strategic direction to be as innovative, progressive and dynamic as it can be in this fast-moving world. Of course, if it ain't broke then that's all good, but there's always room for a bit of alternative thinking. I can stimulate creativity, new ideas and different ways of looking at existing challenges, even if that means pushing you out of the box a little.
